My salesman Darin Pryer was GREAT! He did what I expect a salesperson to do. BUT, the sales manager, Rynard Bowser, that was partly involved was a jerk!!!! I ended up doing my GM Rewards points since he said, "I don't know how to do that" and walked away (for the second time during our negotiations). The proper thing to say would be "let me find someone who knows". They also didn't know about the zero percent financing in finance and Rynard. . . . . . . I had to go on-line and show them. It took 5 hours to purchase this car. I almost walked out. I should be paid for this car sales since I did a bunch of the work . . . ..

My first car buying experience with Ourisman Chevy went very well. I would shop with them again.

I had a 4:15PM appointment for scheduled service, I arrived early, they took me, and it was very quick!

I blame my self for not reading the fine print in the so called discounted coupon for my oil change and tire rotation that ended up costing almost $100 more after service and other fees. My real issue is at check in I had to show the screenshot of the coupon even though I booked online through the coupon hyperlink and at checkout it was STILL a different price that was quoted when I arrived. It was a really good thing that I took that screenshot shot of the coupon, right? Then, I looked at the receipt and I was charged 1 hour of service not covered for by the coupon but it took 3 and half hours for an oil change and tire rotation and did NOT even receive a complimentary car wash after the service which reminded me of why I am rarely satisfied with the service at Ourisman Chevrolet Security Boulevard. I arrived at 7:30 and left at 10:55. Lesson learned. I have opted out of all texts messages and after this email and google review will do the same and hopefully never have to patronize any of your dealerships again. At least you gave me a Great Funny story to share with my family and friends on July 4th. I hope they share it with others.
