You should have rating for Several things ,I have Never Given Ourisman Chevrolet Security a 1 Star Rating always 5 , I have Been a Customer since Nov 2018 ,

and I am sure on the Tech they also would get 5 Stars , But who ever in charge of supplies maybe 2 stars max , I realize that things can get complicated in having enough product to service , But how in world do you not Have the OIL in stock for 2026 Dura Max for my First Service . And 4 Hour and 40 Minutes From time I pulled in for my Appointment at 8 am for what I believe all that was required Oil and Tire rotation and checking out other fluid Level , I never Had this Happen There Before or any dealer over the years when servicing my vehicle , It was a big Inconvenience that cause me to cancel a afternoon appointment that I had at 1 pm , Kelly did all he could , And also I had this appointment for almost week , Multiple text reminding me dont miss your appointment , How about sending text to who in charge saying Dura max Diesel Coming in June 3 at 8 am for service Have OIL . Do I need to call and remind anyone to have the oil needed , If so Let me know extension please , thanks greg bosley
