I trust them with my car & if i have a problem they will help me out to their upmost.

Service personnel was nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. He informed me of the update of my car repair and cost.

I was able to use my rewards to have my oil changed .

The associates are very welcoming, service wonderful but there is no update or clear communication with the customer about when or how he will get back his car. The shuttle end at 4h30 pm when your vehicle is still at the shop until 6h30. This is not professional. I am really disappointed.

I suppose the service was good and/or adequate. The upselling at this location is annoying and in some cases dishonest. I’m not basing this opinion on just my experience but conversations I overheard during my 3 hour wait for my oil change I won’t be back. I don’t like giving establishments negative reviews but they earned this one. Stop approaching customers like they are stupid. And yes, my engine air filter and cabin filter I changed myself just for the cost of the filters. No grossly exorbitant labor costs added. I also was able to purchase a single tire vs your quote for two at another location. I didn’t need two tires and you knew that. Thanks.

Making a service appointment online was very easy. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was seen right away and I was kept informed of my vehicle's service details throughout the process. The service was done in good time and done right. I appreciate the level of professionalism and attention to customer service. I would, certainly, recommend having your vehicle serviced at Ourisman Chevrolet.
