1. Tell Us About Your Vehicle
We mainly service Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and Chevy models, but we can also help with non-GM cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs. Let us know the make, year, and model of your vehicle, as well as the transmission, drive type, trim, engine type, and mileage (your best guess is fine here).
2. Choose Your Service
Next up, you’ll get to choose what service your vehicle needs. At the top of the list are maintenance packages recommended by Ourisman; these bundle several services together based on your vehicle’s mileage. You can also check out individual services below or type in what you’re looking for. Some services have price estimates, too.
3. Do You Need Transportation?
If you have a ride, or if you’re waiting at the dealership, let us know. Otherwise, please tell us if you need a ride so we can plan to put you on our shuttle.
4. Choose Your Appointment Time
After this, you’ll be taken to a page with a calendar and a list of times. You’ll get to choose which one works best for you. In addition, if you have a particular service advisor you like to work with, you can choose them here. Otherwise, select “Any Advisor.”
5. Review and Submit
The last step of the process asks you to look over your scheduled service to ensure everything is as it should be. We’ll ask for your name and contact information so we can reach out, and you can choose whether you want updates via text or email.
