Service Agent who in-processed me told me I needed an entire part assembly to fix a loose fuel nosel. It was merely a broken panel retainer (a $1.00 part). I said I would take care of it. I purchased 40 of this part for $4.99 on Amazon. I will mail the other 39 not used to the service agent. The two cashiers - one had her earbuds in and texting and the other talking on her iPhone. Both were two busy to greet or assist me. Had to wait for on to have a gap in her conversation. The other didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Just two examples of poor customer support. Your team demonstrated that my business is not important to your company.
