Drop my vehicle off on 11/19, I was advised of the diagnosis fee of $110.00 on 11/20 in the am . I called 11/21 in the pm & advised my truck would not be rdy until 11/23 it wasn't, found that the cost to repair is $1012.83. I was told that I could get my truck on Saturday morning. Not rdy. Finally offered a loaner. 11/26 attended to pick up my truck and the lights flashing check hybrid system & air bags. After complaining the Service Writer tells me the check Hybird was ready flashing, which I dont think it was, nor the check airbags warning. If these problems where there at the time of service shouldn't I have been contacted and made aware of these problems and given the option of havi g it repaired why the truck was already being serviced. One whole week without my vehicle. Im suppose to pick my truck up today fearing it will not be ready.
I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled. The service was quick. Half hour or so. My only issue is with the tire rotation. As I was driving home I checked the tire pressure. All four tires are five pounds low. I figure it’s common practice to check the pressure when rotating the tires. So I can only assume that it wasn’t done at all?
My experience at the dealership was one of my better visits.I was impressed with the service and even though I did not have an appointment for my oil change, the wait was about 1 hour. This was great because of my busy schedule. I had received coupons from the dealer which made the cost of my oil/filter change easy on my purse. Thank you Ourisman!!

I had a 9 am appointment for a oil change, and didn’t walk out of there until 1:30. I let them know that I would be waiting for my car, when I made the appointment 3 days prior, and The service guy also asked me upon arrival if I was waiting, and I said yes.
