Christopher Beckham and James Moore were excellent. Their knowledge and customer service skills were what anyone should expect to receive upon service. I have had all my vehicles serviced at this location for at least the past 10 years- from Fox Chevrolet to Auto Nation and now it's Ourisman, NEVER have I had an unfavorable experience until now! I do not like Ourisman's service, they overcharge the customers, misrepresent themselves over the phone as former employees who brought in a lot of business under AutoNation, the parts Manager Rick is a dishonest person who needs to be mindful of the smell of alcohol on his breath while working, and the sales people need to mind their own business. Just because someone is having a vehicle serviced does not mean an automatic sale for them; specifically I'm speaking about Maria with her horrible business telephone etiquette and lying tongue. Needless to say, I will not come back to this place if the entire bottom falls out of my car while I sit directly across the street from them. Their dishonesty is disgusting! I told you all last week, Karma always gets her girl... NOW, how is that for a survey.
