When I brought the van in I told your representative that the tire pressure sensor was not working I had personally pumped the tires several times, and the owner of CarBiz told told me so. When I picked up the van you told me you had re-set the tire pressure. Two days later the light came back on. When I called to tell you, your representative did not really want to hear any of what I had to say and made excuses as to why it had not been fixed. I tried to explain that it is really an inconvenience for me to bring the van back. I said I try to run my business efficiently - just as you do. This was not his problem. I did make an appointment for Thursday morning, but could not make it. This is my third GM car - probably my last. The car only has about 23000 miles on it and I purchased an extended 7 year warranty - apparently that makes no difference.
My son brought in the car for me - GMC Terrain. I have had it done at your place before. I checked with him and he thought you did good and were polite, etc. Only one thing, when he brought it home I was surprised it hadn't been washed. From past experiences at other places I thought that was a usual doing.

Victoria is an excellent service rep. The problem that I experienced with my 2017 Malibu.While driving my abs light, stablelizing light, and the service light came on. Thank God I wasn't driving fast because I put on my breaks and my break went to the floor. I was in the left lane and was able to turn on a side street and park. I called Ourisman told the situation and the man in the service dept didn't! annotate anything in the system. The car was towed to Ourisman the next morning. My car did the same thing the on the 20th of November 2018, and a call of completion was 11/30/2018. I don't know if this almost 2 year old car is a lemon or not. But this defect is a very scary situation that I hope has been resolved.
